Payment processing times

When you create a payment, you specify the effective date of the payment. We process your payment to meet the effective date. You cannot schedule a payment to process on a holiday or weekend. If you create a recurring payment and a recurring instance falls on a non-processing day, we automatically move that instance to a processing day.

Depending on the type of transaction and the type of non-processing day, we may move the payment to either the next processing day or the previous processing day. Contact us for additional information.

Note:  For ACH Passthru transactions, you select the process date for the file. Money is debited or credited on the effective date specified in the file.
