Configuring account preferences
You can use the Account Preferences page to configure the following:
- The display name (nickname) for each account
- The order and organization of the accounts on the Home page
- (Optional) Text banking settings
- The visibility of accounts
- From the navigation , select Settings > Account Preferences. The Account Preferences page appears with a list of accounts divided by group.
- On the Account Preferences page, complete the following:
- Select the account you want to edit.
- Select the edit icon (
) next to the current nickname in the Online Display Name section. - Enter a nickname for the account, then select the check mark (
) icon. Remove a nickname by clearing the text in the field and selecting selecting the check mark (
) icon. Select the cancel (
) icon to ignore changes.
- On the Account Preferences page, use the up (
) and down (
) arrows on an account to determine the order the accounts appear in.

Select an available group to move the account to using the Current Account Group list.
You can choose to show or hide an account on the Home page and within Personal Financial Management separately, such as when you want to show linked accounts on the Home page but exclude them from Personal Financial Management. For more information on Personal Financial Management, see Using Personal Financial Management.
- From the navigation menu, select Settings > Account Preferences.
- Find the account you want to show or hide and select the account tile.
- Turn on or off the Home and Personal Financial Management toggles. If you choose to hide an account, you will receive a warning message. Select Yes, hide to continue.
When you set an account to visible, the account appears on the Home page and you can easily access details about it.
If you hide an account from Home, it does not display in the Accounts section of the Home page. Instead, the account moves to a Hidden Accounts section on the Account Preferences page. If you hide an account from Personal Financial Management, the account does not display in any of your Personal Financial Management, and your account information, such as balances and transactions, are not available in these tools.
- From the navigation menu, select Settings > Account Preferences.
- Find the account you want to enable or disable for text banking and select the account tile.
- Select the SMS/Text tab.
- Set the SMS/Text Enrollment switch to On or Off.
- (Optional) Select edit (
) to specify an SMS/Text Display Name that will appear in the text banking notification. The nickname can contain one to six characters.
