CPFM

The CPFM reports under the Feature Data tab contain data for the Contextual Personal Financial Management (CPFM) feature. These reports provide you visualized data including external accounts (count/amount) over time, external accounts (count/amount) by type, external accounts (count/amount) by institution, and user data.

Note: CPFM reports will only appear for FIs who have purchased this feature.

CPFM Accounts

Terms

The following table describes the cards displayed on the CPFM Accounts page.

CPFM Accounts terms

Card	Description
External accounts	Displays the total count or amount of external accounts. There are two types of external accounts: external transfer accounts and linked or aggregated accounts.
External financial institutions	Displays the number of external banks and credit unions that users have linked or aggregated.
External product types	Displays the number of external product types that users have linked or aggregated.

Note: These cards include the ability to toggle between count and amount to provide different visualizations.

CPFM Users

The CPFM Users report provides data on user activity. This data is updated daily and is available after 10:30 PM Central Standard Time.

CPFM enrollment and CPFM users

The CPFM enrollment and CPFM users cards provide unique visualizations that display the maximum number of users in a selected month that have:

• been granted permissions in Q2central.

• accepted the CPFM terms and conditions.

• aggregated an account.
