System requirements
Q2 SMART uses the same login credentials and permissions as Q2central, the back-office application that supports online banking. You must have the following to use Q2 SMART:
- A reliable internet browser. Q2 recommends Google Chrome.
- A custom URL, as provided by Q2.
- A valid login ID and password for Q2central, as provided by your online banking system administrator.
- The Communication: Manage Marketing Messaging permission must be enabled for the CSR Role to which you belong.
- An external marketing campaign must exist in Q2central.
