Administration
Like Q2assist, you can submit a Technical Support ticket to restrict traffic to certain IP addresses so that only devices on a supported network are able to access Q2 Co-Pilot.
The Q2 IT team is currently working on transferring IP whitelisting from Q2assist to Q2 Co-Pilot.
The CSR Audit report in Q2central includes CSR actions taken in Q2central and CoPilot.
Currently, you can't set a favorite search criteria across the entire FI. Only CSRs can set their favorite search criteria.
