Managing bill payment payees

When you pay a bill, you select a payee for the payment. You must add a payee in one of the following before you can send the payee a payment:

• Online banking
• Mobile banking app
• Bill Pay site

Tip:  You can also use the Bill Pay site to add, edit, or delete a payee.
