You are not required to receive records electronically and you may withdraw your consent at any time as set forth below. Please see below for additional information, terms, and conditions.

Scope of Consent

Your consent to receive records electronically and to conduct business electronically applies to all transactions over the course of your relationship with Horizon Bank. However, you may withdraw your consent by following the applicable procedures below. You may also nonetheless request paper copies of records by following the applicable procedures below. Horizon Bank does not charge for requesting paper copies of records. However, if your account type terms and conditions require e-statements and you request paper copies of statements and/or withdraw your consent to receive records electronically, you may be required to switch account types.

Hardware and Software Requirements

To access records electronically through the Online Banking Service, you must have Microsoft Windows 10 or Mac OS X 10.10 with a supported PC or Mac®. To access the Online Banking Service through the mobile app, your device must have one of the following operating systems: Android 5.X or newer, or iOS 10.X or newer. You must also have an up-to-date secure internet browser, such as Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari (for Mac® or iOS), or Microsoft Edge (Internet Explorer and Safari for Microsoft Windows are not supported), with updates applied for improved security that provide anti-virus and spyware protection. To view records electronically, you must have software capable of reading and displaying PDF files (Adobe Reader is recommended). To retain electronic records, you must have sufficient memory to save PDF files.

How to Request Paper Copies

You may obtain paper copies by downloading and printing any records we send to you through the Online Banking Service. To receive paper copies of records rather than electronically, you may close this web browser and email us your request at customer.service@horizonbanktexas.com.

How to Withdraw Consent

You may withdraw your consent to receive electronic records at any time. To do so, please email us at customer.service@horizonbanktexas.com .

How to Update Your Contact Information

To ensure that we may continue to contact you electronically, please notify us promptly of any change to your email address, by emailing us at customer.service@horizonbanktexas.com. For security purposes, we may request additional information to verify your identity.
