How do I configure alerts?

Scenario: I want to configure alerts to notify me about events in my accounts. I need an alert for a low balance, an alert when a transfer processes successfully, and an alert when I get an insufficient funds notice.

Solution: I use the Alerts page in online banking or the mobile banking app to configure my alerts.

On the Home page, I click or tap Settings > Alerts.  
I decide to create the low balance alert first. On the Alerts page, I click or tap New Alert > Account Alert. On the New Account Alert page, I configure the Alert to trigger when the Current Balance field is less than $1000 in my checking account. I select to have the alert delivered by Email every time it is triggered. "Creating an alert"
Next, on the Alerts page, I click or tap New Alert > Transaction Alert. On the New Transaction Alert page, I configure the alert to trigger when a Funds Transfer from my savings account processes successfully. I choose to have the alert delivered by secure message only the first time it is triggered.  
Finally, on the Alerts page, I click or tap New Alert > Insufficient Funds Alert. On the New Insufficient Funds Alert page, I select my checking account and choose to have the alert delivered immediately by text (SMS) message every time it is triggered.
