Visitors

The Visitors page contains data on unique end users that log in to digital banking. On this dashboard, you can view information such as the number of visitors that logged in to digital banking during a given date range.

Tip: This report is Zone-aware, meaning it only includes data from the selected Zone. For more information, see the About Zones help topic.

Terms

The following table defines terms you may encounter when using the Visitors page.

Visitor page terms

Term	Definition
Total visitors	The total number of unique end users that logged in within the date range you selected.
Mobile device visitors	The number of visitors that logged in on mobile devices using the app or a browser within the date range you selected.
Desktop device visitors	The number of visitors that logged in on desktop devices within the date range you selected.
Average session per visitor	The average number of sessions per unique end user within the date range you selected.
