Enabling and disabling Logins

You can enable and disable a Login for a User on the Login pane of the user record. Disabling a Loginsets the status to Disabled, and the end user cannot use the Login until it is enabled by CSRs.

You can only enable Logins that are in a Disabled status, and you can only disable Logins that are Enabled.

To enable a Login

  1. Search for the end user's record.
  2. Validate the end user’s identity according to FI policy.
  3. In the Login pane, select Menu Icon > Enable Login.
  4. Select Enable. The login is now enabled.

To disable a login

  1. Search for the end user's record.
  2. Validate the end user’s identity according to FI policy.
  3. In the Login pane, select Menu Icon > Disable Login.
  4. Select Disable. The Login is now disabled.
