Surveys
SMART Surveys is an add-on feature that allows FIs to ask their end users questions and receive answers. FIs can choose from six survey topics to deliver through a custom campaign. Each topic has its own set of questions that FIs can choose from. End users have the ability to answer yes or no, skip the question, or dismiss the survey.
SMART Surveys is an add-on feature for Q2 SMART. If your FI is interested in SMART Surveys, contact your Q2 Relationship Manager.

- Debt and budgeting
- Home buying
- Loans
- Real estate
- Vehicle buying
