Introducing Generated Reports

Generated Reports in Q2 Console Reporting delivers enhanced audit reporting with improved abilities to filter data within specified date ranges. With Generated Reports, you can select a specific report from the list of available reports, enter your search parameters, and run the report. You can view or download the report when it has finished processing.

To open Generated Reports, select the corresponding tab from the left navigation menu in Q2 Console Reporting.

Generated Reports includes two sections. The Generate report tab lists available reports you can generate. The Reports tab allows you to track the status of generated reports, download completed reports once they've finished processing, and regenerate any reports that couldn't be created.

Added new CPFM data

The Feature Data tab has been updated to provide additional data for the Contextual Personal Financial Management (CPFM) feature of digital banking. There are now two CPFM reports: CPFM Accounts and CPFM Users. The CPFM Accounts report continues to provide data for external accounts, external financial institutions, and external product types. The new CPFM Users report provides unique visualizations on the total number of users that have:

  • been granted permissions in Q2central.

  • accepted the CPFM terms and conditions.

  • aggregated an account.

Note: The data provided on the CPFM Users report is updated on the first of every month, and is available after 3:30 PM Central Time.

The Authorized Transactions page has been added to Reporting. This page includes the following features:

  • A data banner that displays the Total transactions (count), Total transactions (amount), Largest transaction, and Mobile device transactions.

  • An Authorized Transactions graph that displays the number of transactions that were authorized during a given date range.

  • A Devices card that indicates the number of transactions that were authorized on Mobile, Desktop, and Tablet devices during a given date range.

  • An IP location card that indicates the location of the IP addresses associated with the authorization during a given date range.

  • An App & browsers card that indicates how many transactions were authorized on a particular browser during a given date range.

  • An Operating Systems card that indicates how many transactions were authorized on a particular operating system during a given date range.

Added Zone selection

  • A Visitors graph that displays the number of unique end users that logged in to digital baking during a given date range. (DE-241)
