Building campaigns

You can build a campaign based on a product or an online banking feature or service. Campaigns can also function as announcements for events like system maintenance.

There are two types of campaigns you can build in SMART:

• Recommended campaigns—campaigns that the system identifies and suggests based on calculations made by the recommendation engine that analyzes user demographics and behaviors.
• Custom campaigns—campaigns your FI designs and implements. For more information, see Building custom campaigns.
