How do I read and reply to a secure message?

Scenario: When I log in to online banking or the mobile banking app, I notice that the Conversations item in the Menu has a number on it. I know that the number indicates the number of unread messages waiting for me. How do I read the secure message and then reply to it?

Solution: I use the Conversations page to read and reply to a secure message from you.
